ABENY Inc. presents the 2021 Virtual Education Convening Saturday November 13th from 1pm - 4pm. This year's theme is "Re-new, Re-Energize and Re-Engage."

Registration will take place online between October 5th and Nov. 10th.

Our plenary Keynote will be Dr. Linda Michelle Baron, Author and Consultant, who will conduct a wellness check, guide positive affirmations and inspire participants with her original poetry. Following the keynote will be consecutive sessions: titled as follows:

Session A: "Supporting Mental and Physical Wellness Through Mindfulness and Progressive Muscle Relaxation", presented by Dr. Lisa Whitten, Past President of the New York Association of Black Psychologists.

Session B: "Financial Literacy for Improved Wellness: Re-Learn How Money Works!" Presented by Dao Phan, President of Matrix Consulting Group, in collaboration with Anne Scavotto, Marketing Director. Raffle during the last five minutes; four winners will receive a $50.00 gift card each.

ABENY Inc. Vendor Forum will follow featuring products and services from the local community.
